During my 15 years as a designer, I have worked for: agencies, consultancies, in- house teams and freelance in the UK, Europe and USA, creating world class products for industry leading companies and famous clients.
I work across multi-disciplinary teams, producing applications, websites, mobile products, dashboards, brands, design systems and architectural design. In my career, I have led teams of UI and UX designers across multiple workstreams, working in various sectors including: automotive, space, mobile, defence, finance, cyber, education, healthcare, charity and entertainment.
Throughout my career, I have found great joy in mentoring and coaching, nurturing talent and fostering growth. During my time at Deloitte Digital and other agencies, I have led by example to consistently inspire team members to produce high end ideas, continually developing practices to inspire and innovate new ways of thinking.
As a passionate design leader, I am keen to continue to work and craft beautiful products and prototypes within applications such as Figma, Sketch and Invision; I believe having expert knowledge in the current ways of working is key to being a great leader in product design. I am continually looking to be involved within every stage of the design process; end-to-end process is something I strive for in creating a design led product.
I have always pushed myself to learn and expand my knowledge, travelling to places such as New York on many occasions for work, conferences and inspiration. This has involved me working across multiple time zones and collaborating internationally on a regular basis.
Design is my passion and will always be at the heart of everything that I do.

A proud father of 2 boys, one just born in May, I’m getting this one on the design tools already, well…. Lego.
Rico (Named after Jonny Rico from Starship Troopers) get’s me away from the desk either before work or lunch, this guy needs at least 2 walks a day, but it’s worth it, fresh air and running up hills in the snow, you can’t beat it.

One of the things that brings me immense joy is the experience of immersing myself in the lively atmosphere of bustling cities. There is simply nothing that can compare to the exhilarating vibe of New York City. Throughout my career, I have been fortunate enough to have numerous opportunities to work in the Big Apple and participate in various conferences, including the highly acclaimed Generate event. Each time I have attended, I have been filled with a profound sense of inspiration that lingers long after the event has ended.
I currently attend a biweekly event with the tech giant “Fantasy”, a discussion between design leaders across the world, about the future of design and how AI is going to change the industry forever.

As a proud Welshman deeply rooted in the capital city, I have had the immense privilege to bear witness to the exhilarating peaks and unfortunate troughs of Welsh football. It is an undeniable fact that you will never find me absent from any game hosted at our sacred national stadium, for the love and devotion I possess for this sport knows no bounds.
